Diran Mardirian is the owner of legendary Beirut record store Chico. It’s a real treasure trove of rare vinyls, both Western and Arab, in the heart of the Hamra district. Diran’s identity is closely linked to the space itself, as well as to the city around him and all the problems it’s been through.
